1. About This Website

FreePassportPhoto.in is a free online tool that helps users create compliant passport photos, compress images, resize images, remove backgrounds, and generate ID card PDFs. The website is operated by an individual based in India and is not a formally registered business entity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or using the site under parental supervision), that you have read and agreed to these terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you have the right to upload any content you submit.

3. Our Services

We provide the following free tools:

• Passport Photo Generator — create compliant passport and ID photos for India, USA, UK, and 50+ countries
• Image Compressor — reduce image file size to a target KB value
• Image Resizer — resize images to specific pixel dimensions
• Background Remover — automatically remove and replace image backgrounds
• ID Card Generator — crop and generate print-ready A4 PDF of ID cards

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

4. Free Tools — Conditions of Use

• Free tools are for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not use automated scripts or bots to bulk-process images through our tools
• You may not use our tools to provide a commercial photo service to third parties without our written permission
• We reserve the right to limit free usage if we detect abuse or excessive server load

5. Payments and Pricing

Some features require a one-time payment. Current premium pricing:

• Basic package — ₹20 (one-time, no subscription)
• Standard package — ₹40 (one-time, no subscription)
• Professional package — ₹60 (one-time, no subscription)

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We do not charge subscriptions or recurring fees. Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a full refund if you are unable to access the premium feature you paid for due to a technical error on our side, or if the output was materially different from what was described.

Refunds are not available if:

• You successfully accessed and downloaded the premium output and then changed your mind
• Your passport photo was rejected by a government authority (see Section 9)
• You uploaded a non-compliant photo resulting in an unsatisfactory output
• More than 7 days have passed since the date of payment

To request a refund, email support@freepassportphoto.in within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID and a description of the issue. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

7. Payment Processing — Razorpay

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

• We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards, and wallets
• If your payment fails or is declined, no charge will be applied

8. Your Uploaded Content

By uploading photos or images to this website, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have the right to upload it
• The photo does not contain illegal or obscene content
• You will not upload photos of other people without their consent
• You will not upload photos of minors except for legitimate passport or ID document purposes

We do not claim ownership of any photos you upload. Photos are processed in a temporary session and are not stored permanently. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Photo Compliance — No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that photos generated using our tools will be accepted by any government authority, passport office, embassy, or issuing body. Passport photo requirements can change without notice and final acceptance is always at the discretion of the issuing authority.

• Government photo requirements change from time to time and our tools may not reflect the latest changes immediately
• The quality of output depends on the quality of the photo you upload
• We strongly recommend verifying your photo against the official requirements of your specific issuing authority before submitting any application

We are not liable for any application delays, fees, rejections, or losses caused by a non-compliant photo generated using our tools.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website to:

• Create fraudulent or forged identity documents
• Upload photos containing illegal content
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the website or its servers
• Impersonate any person, organisation, or government authority
• Use the website in any way that violates Indian law or the laws of your country
• Resell or redistribute our tools as part of a commercial service without written permission

11. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including tool interfaces, design, text, graphics, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of FreePassportPhoto.in. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. The photos you upload remain your property.

This website uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms:

13. Advertising

This website displays advertisements served by Adsterra and potentially other advertising networks. Advertisements use cookies and tracking technologies to serve interest-based ads. 14. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all its tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accepted by any government or issuing authority.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, FreePassportPhoto.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including passport application rejections, delays, or fees arising from non-compliant photos. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim (or ₹100 if no payment was made).

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FreePassportPhoto.in from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or any content you upload.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Before initiating legal action, please contact us at support@freepassportphoto.in to resolve the matter informally.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
